Ecommerce websites built for the way people actually buy.
We build WooCommerce and Shopify stores around your catalogue, your customers and the way you fulfil orders — not a pre-made theme with your logo dropped on top.
What we get right before a project goes live.
The difference between a store that launches and one that keeps selling is usually in the details below.
- 01
We start with the catalogue
Categories, variants, stock, pricing and delivery rules get mapped before a single page is designed. A store is only easy to shop when its structure is honest about what you sell.
- 02
We design the buying decision
Product pages answer the questions that stop a sale — sizing, compatibility, delivery, returns, stock. Search, filters, cart and checkout are designed for a phone first, because that is where most of your customers will be.
- 03
We choose the platform that fits
WooCommerce or Shopify, not whichever is easier for us. We weigh your team, catalogue, existing systems, content needs and budget before recommending one.
- 04
We make Kenyan checkout work
M-Pesa through a supported gateway, card payments, delivery zones, pickup points and cash on delivery where it applies. We test the full path before launch, not just the happy path.
- 05
We build for discovery and repeat purchase
Clean product URLs, structured data, fast templates and analytics from day one. Then the pieces that bring people back: email capture, offers, related products and a catalogue that stays easy to maintain.
- 06
We leave you able to run the store
You get a walkthrough, written notes and 30 days of post-launch support. If you want us to keep handling updates, hosting and fixes, we offer a monthly care plan.
The right platform, chosen for your situation.
We weigh the options against your content, your team and what the site needs to connect to — not whichever is easier for us.

What we build
A store is more than a grid of products. We build the full buying path: category structure, product pages, search and filters, cart, delivery, payment and the emails that follow an order. The design comes after the catalogue is understood, not before.
That matters most when a store has variants, compatibility rules, trade pricing or a mix of delivery methods. Those details decide whether checkout feels simple or fragile. You can see a recent example in the CarCrave case study.
Choosing between WooCommerce and Shopify
WooCommerce suits teams that already run WordPress, need control over the code, or have a catalogue that needs custom rules. Shopify suits teams that want a hosted platform, a faster launch and less day-to-day technical maintenance.
We do not earn platform commissions, so the recommendation is based on your situation. If either platform can do the job, we will say so and explain the trade-offs.
What we need from you
- Product data: names, descriptions, prices, variants, weights and images.
- Brand assets: logo, colours, fonts and any product photography.
- Payment details: your preferred M-Pesa or card gateway, or help choosing one.
- Delivery rules: zones, fees, pickup points and cut-off times.
- Access: domain, hosting, existing store and analytics accounts.
How we launch
We work in stages: structure, design, build, content, testing and launch. You review a staging store before it goes live. Before handover we test checkout, order emails, delivery rules, stock behaviour and tracking, then train the people who will run it.
Straight answers before you commit.
If your question is not here, ask us directly. We would rather answer it now than have it surface halfway through a build.
Ask a questionWhich platform is right for my store?
It depends on your catalogue, your team and the systems the store needs to talk to. WooCommerce is usually the better fit for content-led stores, custom rules and teams that want to own the code. Shopify is usually better for a fast launch, a lean team and a store you want hosted and maintained for you. We recommend one after scoping, not before.
Is Ksh 50,000 the total cost?
It is the starting price for a standard single-store build. The final quote depends on catalogue size, integrations, migration and content. Hosting, the Shopify subscription, the domain, payment-gateway fees and paid plugins are separate.
Can the store accept M-Pesa?
Yes, through a supported gateway or plugin. The exact setup depends on your provider, account type and whether you also need card or international payments. We configure and test the full checkout before launch.
How long will it take?
Most builds take three to six weeks once content and access are ready. A larger catalogue, a migration or a custom integration can extend that. We give you a dated plan before work starts.
Can you migrate an existing store?
Yes. We migrate products, customers, orders and URLs where the platforms allow it, and set redirects so existing search traffic is not lost. Migration is quoted after we inspect the current store.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of support for fixes and questions. After that, you can run the store yourself or take a monthly care plan covering updates, backups, monitoring and small changes.
